Bruce Bruce (Dickinson) pre Maiden. What more can you ask for? Not much, his voice is in fine form. This cd was recorded at the Reading Festival in the UK, the same festival that Maiden played a few times. The songs are great NWOBHM, and Bruce is a vocal god, enough said. If you are getting into Maiden and have never head of this group buy this and hear him in his early days.

Nothing more to add really, I love Bruce and so this was an easy choice to add to my collection. "Riding With The Angels' "Earth Mother" "Nice Girl" " Vice Versa" are all great songs. BUY IT!!

The Quintessential mod group, this CD covers their best work. EXCELLENT. I was in touch with some friends in the UK and Secret Affair CD's are like `rocking horse s#@t' over there. Next to the JAM this band was the next big driving force of the late seventies early eighties Mod revival in the UK. Live at the bridge is reminiscent of all those types of events in clubs, pubs, and student unions. This album reminded me of when I saw Secret affair at my local poly, although the background crowd noise was a lot louder in that gig. It was the best of times it was the worst of times, I loved every minute of it and I will cherish this CD. I even painted the wardrobe in my bedroom in the two-tone `keyhole' emblem of Secret Affair.

Turn the volume up, stick a T-Shirt on and prepare to put yourself into a small venue which is busting at the seams, the band in your face, the audience is sweating, and you love it !

This album is about as good as it gets when it comes to the many attempts to put live music onto disc and re-creating the music, the atmosphere, and the raw emotions that being part of a live gig. Here are some great songs, superb harmonica and guitar breaks, and the back line keeps thumping away. There is no let up, it just keeps chugging and chugging .............

This is the real R+B, yes Rhythm and Blues, I don't think I will ever recover from this one !

Another strong entry from this series that keeps getting better and better with each year. Here are gems from Ani DiFranco, a rocker from Peter Droge, and the raspy overtones of Graham Parker's "Howling Wind". Stage releases always focus on diversity and the connection the artist has with a live audience. Add this one to your collection.

These guys rock! They have a tight sound and a penchant for catchy tunes. I have been a fan since their first album, and will continue to be. All of their albums have recently been remastered and released with extra tracks. I think we can expect more new music from the Knack for some time to come.

This is not a Q-Tip album. This is a Q-Tips album. Customers who bought this did not buy Nas and ATCQ.

This is a wonderfull live album. I have heard lots of music and this is the best. Buy this CD!

Boy was I surprised. I was expecting a run-of-the-mill live album that cashed in on poor Ian's death. But this has to be one of the very best live recordings I've ever heard. Dury is in excellent, ascerbic form, and the Blockheads sound absolutely awesome. If you're like me and have fond memories of New Boots and Do It Yourself, you really need to pick this up. You will not be disappointed.

I will be honest, this album is so intense that it is easily the best live album that I have ever heard. It is Holocaust's "Live and Dangerous" and "On Your Feet Or On Your Knees" if you will. It is very similar in song structure and wattage to the Nightcomers. If you liked the Nightcomers you will surely like this one. Most of the tunes are not available in the studio, but if they were they would be Nightcomers era. Same band as the Nightcomers for the most part- Garry Lettice on vocals, Mortimer and Dudley on guitar. Album is known today as the one with The Small Hours, keep in mind that Holocaust still rules and Metallica has sucked for over 14 years now.

Just a note, the new 2cd version is cool, but I like the rawer sound of the older version. Either one will suit the fan well. The second disc is basically an inferior sounding concert that was recorded around the same time for a VHS tape. Only rarity is "Bridge Of Impressions" which is a good tune, but not great.

This CD is awesome. All the songs make you want to put on leg warmers! Any CD with 99 red balloons has to be great!
